An estimate shipping button will appear once you have added an item to your Cart. Enter your country or post code in the applicable box and it will automatically calculate the postage cost via the AusPost database. Depending on workload, this can take some time... usually less than 30secs. A guideline of our International Shipping Rates is below, based on weight. Most items have the weight next to them, this is for calculation taking into consideration packaging material and size etc. and not actual weight of the item.
All costs are shown during Checkout prior to submitting your payment details.

All orders have a single Handling and Packing fee of AU$3.00 which is included in the shipping cost calculation.

Loss or Damage
We recommend that you INSURE your items against loss or damage during transit.
Australian customers please opt for Express Post during checkout, which has a tracking number. Use Registered post for Valuable or fragile items, which has insurance and a tracking number.
We cannot take responsibility for any loss/damage that occurs once items have been submitted at the post office.
By Not choosing either of these options you are accepting responsibility for your purchase from point of lodgment at the Post Office. Any claims you may need to make are between yourself and Australia Post. We cannot enter into discussion regarding your claim or grievance with Australia Post other than supplying you with date/time of lodgement and at which Post Office, plus any other information that may be required to submit your claim.
If you chose to take out insurance (Registered Post) or opt for Express Post, we will assist you with Australia Post to resolve any loss/damage claims.
NOTE: The most vulnerable items appear to be the ones sent to a work or business address, schools, colleges etc. If not using Insured or Express post, where possible please advise us of a private/residential address. For about $3.00 extra ($8.00 international) this will give you peace of mind, and a tracking number.

Warranty and Returns only deals with quality vendors. products are covered by either a 14 day, 30 day, 90 day, 6 months or 12 months manufacturers warranty. Please refer to the product description on the website as warranty terms differ from product to product. Warranty is valid within Australia only. will replace any product if it is found to have a defect or dead on arrival (DOA) within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Returned products are tested to confirm fault prior to replacing. Buyer is responsible for return postage to us, the shipping method is at your discretion. Exceptions are items that are offered with a Manufacturers Warranty, in most cases we do not handle the returns as warranty is provided directly by the Manufacturer. Please be aware if you undertake any repair work yourself or by an unauthorised repairer you will void any manufactures warranty.

For all products which qualify for a replacement or refund, the following procedures must be followed:

  1. Contact customer service via our Contact page, further information will be provided via email.
    • Our customer service will provide a Return Authorisation number (RA) and a return address
  2. Please include the following information with your return package:
    • Return Authorisation number (RA)
    • Name
    • Order/Reference Number
    • Detailed description of the problem

Products must be returned in the original packing materials with all accessories included.
